Jordan's birthday celebration started on Friday night, February 1st, her actual birthday, at Hillsborough BBQ, a family favorite. While waiting for Jon to show up we were being silly for the camera, as you can see. (Nathan was on a school climbing trip.)

The next day, we had a little party for her with just a few of her closest friends, plus her cousin Lily and Aunt Kit, her Nana, her great-grandmother Squires, and Aunt Mae-Mae. Let me just say that Meagan went all out with some fancy hats for the girls' tea party, check them out! The theme was My Little Pony, but we also had a tea party, of course. We don't need an excuse to have a tea party, but this was definitely fancier than usual!

| The My Little Pony cake |
| The girls watching Mychael play basketball, you should have heard the giggles! |
| Sweet Joy |
| She really is a delightful child, Leah just wasn't crazy about wearing a dress, let alone a fancy hat! |
| Several generations of girls (that's Grandmother Squires) |
| We had to wake Lily to join the party, bless her heart! |
| Jenna and Joy, I love their silliness! |
| Mychael missed the shot of her blowing out the candles, so here she is pretending. |
| Girls read every word on a card, so cute! |
| Nana made matching outfits for Jordan and her American Girl doll, simply amazing. |
| Complete with chaps to go over her jeans! |
| And homemade stick horse! |
| Lily loves her some Mychael! |
| I never did get a normal picture. |
| I used money my mom sent Jordan to get her her own horse grooming kit, yay! (and did some clothes shopping later) |
There's not much to say that the pictures don't already say. I have a sweet, goofy, beautiful daughter.
